This design features a fluid layout (expands or contracts to fit the viewer's monitor) and a "tabbed" look to the main navigation links. The main focus of this site is the artist's gallery, which I've shown in the screenshot.

This design is simple and clean, and very lightweight, keeping all of the design elements except the header image to CSS. It demonstrates new CSS3 properties, so will not show all the advanced elements in older browsers, or any version of Internet Explorer, although I've endeavered to ensure that it degrades gracefully, and all functionality is maintained in those browsers.
